Rapid Creek Cycles is proud to announce a new sponsorship commitment to trails in our area. Beginning May 1, 2012, RAPID CREEK CYCLES will DONATE 1% OF GROSS SALES TO COPMOBA (Colorado Plateau Mountain Bike Trail Association) - our local non-profit trail advocacy group.

It's a killer idea - here's why; COPMOBA is a knockout organization in the first place. We at Rapid Creek are a part of it already, but that's not why it's great. COPMOBA is important because it's a tight group of volunteers that make things happen on the trail development and trail maintenance front. It's the driving force behind mountain bike trail development in our region - working with BLM, Forest Service, towns, businesses, and volunteers to GET MOUNTAIN BIKE TRAIL BUILT & MAINTAINED.

If you ride a mountain bike around here, you should be a member of COPMOBA - pitch in and help take care of these trails we all enjoy. If you're a business in the bike world, think about joining in this same sort of contribution scheme. Please do something significant to support the trails that are the heart of your business.
